Deposit Policy
At the time of confirmation we require a 50% non refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings of a Deluxe Room Junior Suite Borgo Suite Terrace Suite Villa Agresto or Castiglion del Bosco Suite from 29 March to 30 April and 1 October to 17 November cancellations must be received at least three days before arrival (before 4pm local time) to avoid the entire stay being charged. From 1 May to 30 September cancellations must be received at least eight days before arrival (before 4pm local time) to avoid the entire stay being charged. For bookings of Villa Alba, Villa Oliviera, Villa Castello, Villa Casa del Fiume, Villa Gauggiole, Villa Chiusa, Villa Stabbi, Villa Santa Anna, Villa Biondi, Villa Oddi and Villa Agresto from 29 March to 30 April and 1 October to 17 November cancellations received 30 - 14 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the stay; for cancellations received fewer than 14 days before arrival the entire stay will be charged. From 1 May to 30 September cancellations must be received at least 31 days before arrival (before 4pm local time) to avoid the entire stay being charged. From 18 November to the hotel's reopening in 2019 50 per cent of the stay will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation; the balance is due 13 days before arrival. Cancellations must be received at least 14 days before arrival to avoid the entire stay being charged. For winter stays in villas cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit; cancellations made within 13 days of arrival will be charged in full.
