Jules Pearson is passionate about food — she's dedicated the last 15 years to developing acclaimed restaurants across the globe. Most recently, she served as a creative consultant for Netflix’s Chef’s Table and was recognised as an industry guru by Observer Food Monthly. In addition to her work in hospitality, she is the co-founder of London on the Inside, a leading independent lifestyle website. Based in London, Jules has travelled the world reviewing hotels for the Outsider section of her site, while contributing to respected publications including the Evening Standard, We Heart and Citizen Femme. Now arm-in-arm with her Mr Smith, she is delighted to bring her knowledge, wit and passion for luxury travel to review some of the world’s best hotels.
