Deposit Policy
Viceroy Los Cabos requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Arrival October 2022- December 21, 2022: 1 night room/tax/fee deposit due 7 days prior to arrival, no refunds within 7 days of arrival. Arrival December 22-31, 2022: full booking amount is required as a deposit & due 45 days prior to arrival, no refunds within 45 days of arrival. Arrival January 1- December 20, 2023: 1 nights room/tax/fee deposit due 7 days prior to arrival, no refunds within 7 days of arrival. Arrival December 21-31, 2023: full booking amount is required as a deposit & due 45 days prior to arrival, no refunds within 45 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays October. 2022-December 21, 2022: cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the 1 night deposit amount. For stays December 22-31, 2022: cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire booking amount. For stays January 1-December 20, 2023: cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the 1 night deposit amount. For stays December 21-31, 2023: cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire booking amount.
