Deposit Policy
For stays during peak season (23 December 2023 to 6 January 2024), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking.
For stays during high season (7 January to 31 March 2023 and 1 November to 22 December 2023), a 35% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking.
For stays during low season (1 April to 31 October 2023), a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For stays during peak season (23 December 2023 to 6 January 2024), cancellations are free until 2pm (local time) 60 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
For stays during high season (7 January to 31 March 2023 and 1 November to 22 December 2023), cancellations are free until 2pm (local time) 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
For stays during low season (1 April to 31 October 2023), cancellations are free until 2pm (local time) 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
