Deposit Policy

Credit card details are required when booking. In low season (1 April to 31 October), a 25 per cent deposit is required when booking. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged in full. as will no-shows and early departures will be charged in full. In high season (1 November to 22 December and 7 January to 31 March), a 50 per cent deposit is required when booking. Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will be charged in full, as will no-shows and early departures.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (23 December 2023 to 6 January 2024), cancellations are free until 2pm (local time) 60 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high season (7 January to 31 March 2023 and 1 November to 22 December 2023), cancellations are free until 2pm (local time) 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during low season (1 April to 31 October 2023), cancellations are free until 2pm (local time) 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
