Deposit Policy
During peak season (23 December – 6 January) a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking; the remaining balance is required 90 days prior to arrival date. For high season-stays (7 January – 31 March and 1 November – 22 December) a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking; the remaining balance is required 60 days prior to arrival date. During low season (1 April – 31 October) a 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking; the remaining balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
For stays during peak season (23 December to 6 January), cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during high season (7 January to 31 March, and 1 November to 22 December), cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
