Cancellation Policy

For stays during regular season (1 May to 30 September 2025), you can cancel for free up to 45 days before arrival; cancellations made between 45 and 30 days before arrival will be charged for one night's stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during high season (1 November to 20 December 2024 and 6 January to 30 April 2025), you can cancel for free up to 60 days before arrival; cancellations made between 60 and 45 days before arrival will be charged for one night's stay, which can be used as a deposit for a stay within one year of the original booking, during the same season. Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay and cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during peak season (21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025), you can cancel for free up to 75 days before arrival; Cancellations made between 75 and 60 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay, which can be used as a deposit for a stay within one year of the original booking, during the same season. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days of arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay and cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays at any time, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full. In the case that a guest is diagnosed with Covid prior to travel, or if Covid travel restrictions are reinstated in either Cambodia or the guest's home country & therefore preventing travel, (for stays July -October 20222), guests may cancel free of charge up until 24 hours prior to arrival date; cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date or no shows, will result in 1 night being charged.
