Deposit Policy

Signature suite stays (in House 567, the Pichl House, Serail House and Hoffman House) are secured with a one-night charge including tax; all other bookings are secured with credit-card details. Full payment or your outstanding balance (for House 567, the Pichl House, Serail House and Hoffman House bookings) is taken ahead of arrival for stays on the following dates: 21 days ahead for bookings between 27 December 2023 and 1 January 2024; 14 days ahead for stays over 22–26 December 2023, and seven days in advance of any stay that falls over a Thursday, Friday or Saturday from 23 November 2023 until 16 December 2023.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 28 to 29 November 2025, 5 to 6 December 2025, 12 to 13 December 2025 and 19 to 20 December 2025, you can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays from 21 December to 26 December 2025, you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays from 27 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, you can cancel for free up to 28 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. At all other times, you can cancel for free until 3pm (local Vienna time), two days before your arrival date for suite stays in House 567, the Pichl House, Serail House and Hoffmann House; or until 3pm local hotel time the day before your arrival date for all other room types. After these respective deadlines, you’ll be charged for one night (including tax).
