Deposit Policy

One&Only Kéa Island requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during high and peak season (24 May to 9 September), the remaining deposit will be charged 14 days before arrival. For stays during shoulder and low season (1 to 23 May and 10 September to 31 October), full non-refundable prepayment is due three days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during high and peak season (23 May to 9 September), cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged in full. For stays during shoulder and low season (1 to 22 May and 10 September to 31 October), cancellations made less than three days before arrival will be charged in full.
