Deposit Policy

50% (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during the holiday season (21 Dec.-16 Jan.): Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during the rest of the year: If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you'll get a full refund minus a fee of $120 + tax. Cancellations made within 14-7 days of arrival, will be refunded 50% of their stay, minus a fee of $120 + tax. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non refundable.
