Deposit Policy
Kappa Senses Ubud requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel.
For stays from 15 July to 15 September and 21 December to 8 January, the full balance is required 45 days before arrival.
For stays from 9 January to 14 July and 16 September to 20 December, the full amount is due 14 days before arrival.
For stay longer and pay less stays, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For stays from 15 July to 15 September and 21 December to 8 January, cancellations made within 45 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged in full.
For stays from 9 January to 14 July and 16 September to 20 December, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged in full.
For stay longer and pay less stays, cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
