Deposit Policy

Hôtel de Toiras requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking (non-refundable for stays between 21 to 30 April 2024, 18 to 20 May 2024, 26 to 28 May 2024, 2 to 3 June 2024, 9 to 10 June 2024, 16 to 17 June 2024, 23 to 24 June 2024 and 30 June to 16 September 2024).

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 7 to 20 April 2024, 1 to 17 May 2024, 21 to 25 May 2024, 29 May to 1 June 2024, 4 to 8 June 2024, 11 to 15 June 2024, 18 to 22 June 2024, 25 to 29 June 2024 and 17 September to 11 November 2024, cancellations are free if made before 6pm (local time) seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 21 to 30 April 2024, 18 to 20 May 2024, 26 to 28 May 2024, 2 to 3 June 2024, 9 to 10 June 2024, 16 to 17 June 2024, 23 to 24 June 2024, 30 June to 6 July 2024 and 27 August to 16 September 2024, cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival will be charged the 50% deposit; those made later will be charged for the full stay. For stays between 7 July to 27 August 2024, cancellations made more than 31 days before arrival will be charged the 50% deposit; those made later will be charged for the full stay.
