Hôtel de Toiras requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. The deposit taken by the hotel is non-refundable unless your booking is for stays between 25 September and the close of the 2022 season (in December), in which case you’ll be refunded your 50% deposit for cancellations made up until seven days before arrival.
For stays until 29 August 2022, you’ll forfeit your 50% deposit if you cancel before 6pm local time, 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after that, no shows and early departures will be charged in full. For stays between 30 August and 24 September 2022, you’ll forfeit your 50% deposit if you cancel before 6pm local time, 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after that, no shows and early departures will be charged in full. For stays between 25 September and the end of the 2022 season, cancellations after 6pm local time, seven days prior to arrival, will be charged in full.
