Cancellation Policy
If you're staying from 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026 and 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made at any time will incur a 30% charge; those made within 60 to 30 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the full stay, and those made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
If you’re staying from 6 January to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 19 December 2026, and 11 January to May 2027, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 to 14 days of arrival will be charged 30% of the full stay; those made within 14 to 7 days will be charged 50%, and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full.
For all offer stays, a 30% refundable deposit is required to guarantee the booking, with the balance payable 45 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 90 to 45 days of arrival will be charged 30% of the full stay; those made within 45 to 29 days will be charged 50%, and cancellations made within 29 days of arrival will be charged in full.
