Specially adapted to be accessible, this 36sq room has grab bars, wide doorways and spaces, a sizeable bathroom, visual alarms, braille signage and more. It’s ideal for group getaways, sleeping up to four on two queen-size beds, each topped with a Simmons Providence mattress, fine imported linens and a custom woollen throw. With patterned panels, elmwood walls hung with local art and elegant custom furnishings, the room has elements of Austin’s Arts and Crafts style courtesy of designer Kelly Wearstler. There’s a seating area, and the bathroom – with a roll-in shower – is lined in Blue Emperador marble. Plus, all rooms have an HDTV with Apple TV, Vifa Bluetooth speaker, control panel for the lights and blinds, minibar with Austin goodies, Turkish robes, a fabric steamer and Aesop bath products.
