Deposit Policy

Amanpulo requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For off-peak bookings, a non-refundable 50 per cent deposit (plus tax) must be paid at booking and the full amount will be charged 21 days before arrival. For bookings from 11 to 18 February 2021, 1 to 5 April 2021, 29 April to 5 May 2021and 1 to 6 February 2022, a 50 per cent deposit will be charged at booking; full payment is required 30 days before arrival. For bookings from 22 December 2020 to 10 January 2021 and 22 December 2021 to 9 January 2022, a deposit of 50 per cent of the stay will be charged at booking; full payment is required 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For off-peak bookings, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. For bookings from 11 to 18 February 2021, 1 to 5 April 2021, 29 April to 5 May 2021and 1 to 6 February 2022, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For bookings from 22 December 2020 to 10 January 2021 and 22 December 2021 to 9 January 2022, cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
