Deposit Policy

Amanpulo requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during peak season (16 to 19 February 2026, 2 to 5 April and 29 April to 5 May 2026), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For stays during festive season (22 December 2025 to 10 January 2026 and 19 December 2026 to 10 January 2027), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. At all other times, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (16 to 19 February 2026, 2 to 5 April and 29 April to 5 May 2026), cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be charged the 50% deposit total. Those made later will be charged in full (including tax and any airfare rates). For stays during festive season (22 December 2025 to 10 January 2026 and 19 December 2026 to 10 January 2027), cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will be charged the 50% deposit total. Those made later will be charged in full (including tax and any airfare rates). At all other times, you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival. After that, if you’re staying for five nights or more, you’ll be charged for 50% of the total stay; if you’re staying for four nights or less, you’ll be charged for two nights.
