Getting there

• Planes

  Geneva is the nearest international airport, 90 minutes away by road; for private plane charters and helicopter transfers, Megève Altiport is a short drive from the village.

• Trains

  Regional services call at Sallanches, the nearest station to Megève; but if you’re arriving by rail internationally, head to Albertville, around an hour’s drive away.

• Automobiles

  Megève is the kind of resort where there’s little call for a set of wheels once you’ve made it to your lodgings, so airport or rail transfers may be all you need. If you plan to venture into other valleys, a car will come in handy.
