Hannah Rose - Hôtel La Ponche, 2024

Exhibiting a delightful dishevelment, Hannah Rose documents the remnants of an enjoyed dinner at Hôtel La Ponche, a historic St Tropez stay beloved by French luminaries, from Sartre to Bardot. The original work was presented at Mr & Mrs Smith’s debut exhibition, To Seek, To Find, at Frieze London in October 2026. 

The exhibition’s curator, Brandei Estes, says: ‘This image elevates the simplicity of a table after a meal, the beauty in simple objects and details. I love Hannah’s use of light and composition.’  

About the artist: A rising star on the photography scene, London-based talent Hannah Rose shows narrative through her subtle sculptural style. She’s brought her engaging minimalism to brands including Loro Piana, Burberry and Sonia Rykiel.
