Part-time restaurant journalist, part-time TV producer, full-time glutton Tom has never skipped a meal, unless you count supfast (an occasional early-morning/late-night treat between supper and breakfast). In search of a good eat and a comfy bed, he has toured Europe with some of Britain’s best chefs, cod fished in the Norwegian fjords with an Elvis-obsessed trawlerman and scoffed his way across every inch of Italy.
