Familiar to many for her BBC cookery show ‘The Little Paris Kitchen’, it is in fact an unconventional food background that helped formulate Rachel’s unique culinary touch. After getting a degree from London's Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, Rachel worked for a luxury fashion brand. But her passion for pâtisserie soon lured her to Paris, where she studied at Le Cordon Bleu and then put her skills into practice at Paris culinary bookstore and tea salon, La Cocotte. The author of a clutch of best-selling cookbooks has created celebrated feasts in London, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Melbourne, Sydney and Buenos Aires and her recipes are published around the world.
