Emma Henderson
Sybaritic scribe
Emma Henderson is a London-based food and travel journalist, mostly focusing on two ends of the UK: the South West, where she grew up (in Cornwall), and Scotland, especially the west coast. She’s yet to find somewhere that’s too far to travel for a good lunch, and in her opinion it’s not a successful trip without finding excellent food, whether it's a fish shack on an island or a Michelin-starred restaurant. She writes for publications such as Condé Nast Traveler, The Independent, National Geographic Traveller and The Times.
