Cancellation Policy

For stays in low season (3 November to 23 December 2025, 7 January to 22 March 2026 and 3 November to 23 December 2026), cancellations can be made for free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays in medium and high season (1 April to 2 November 2025, 24 December to 6 January 2026 , 23 March to 2 November 2026 and 24 December to 6 January 2027), cancellations can be made for free up to 15 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full. These policies apply for bookings of up to four rooms; a different cancellation policy applies for group bookings of more than four rooms.
