Cancellation Policy

For stays between 14 to 25 December, 6 January to 14 February and 23 February to 31 March, cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival; those made between 20 and eight days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay, and those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 26 December to 5 January and 15 to 22 February, cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made between 59 and 31 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay, and those made later will be charged in full. If you’re staying during the summer season 19 June to 30 August 2026, you can cancel for free up to 15 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full.
