Deposit Policy

Yemaya Reefs requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel 30 to 14 days before arrival, you’ll receive a full credit to use on a future booking; after this, you’ll be charged in full. Stays over the festive season (20 December to 3 January) are non-refundable.
