Crafted from thick French canvas, each luxury tent has a vaulted ceiling and large, teak-framed windows; the interiors recall the golden era of travel and exploration, featuring teak floors, leather-backed chairs, writing desks and king-size four-poster beds. Each suite has an open-plan bathroom with a freestanding copper bath tub, a walk-in rainfall shower and twin sinks. There’s also free WiFi; a minibar; Sonos sound system; air-conditioning; coffee machine; tea-making facilities; free bottled water; and Ophir bath products. If you're staying with children, there's an extra $175 charge per child, per night.
