Deposit Policy

Villa Clarisse requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays during peak season (7 July to 26 August 2023), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 31 days before arrival. For stays during high season (9 to 10 June 2023, 16 to 17 June 2023, 23 to 24 June 2023, 30 June to 6 July 2023 and 27 August to 16 September 2023), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. For stays during low season (4 to 8 June 2023, 11 to 15 June 2023, 18 to 22 June 2023, 25 to 29 June 2023 and 17 September 2023 to 2 January 2024), a 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due seven days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

FFor stays during peak season (7 July to 26 August 2023), cancellations made more than 31 days before arrival will be charged the 50% deposit fee; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high season (9 to 10 June 2023, 16 to 17 June 2023, 23 to 24 June 2023, 30 June to 6 July 2023 and 27 August to 16 September 2023), cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival will be charged the 50% deposit fee; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during low season (4 to 8 June 2023, 11 to 15 June 2023, 18 to 22 June 2023, 25 to 29 June 2023 and 17 September 2023 to 2 January 2024), cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
