For stays during high season (3 Jan - 27 Feb 2025, 5 - 31 Mar 2025, 1 Nov - 22 Dec 2025, 3 Jan - 12 Feb 2026, 18 Feb - 31 Mar 2026), cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, will be charged 100% of the booking total. For stays during mid season (1 Apr - 31 Oct 2025 & 1 Apr - 31 Oct 2026), cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, will be charged 100% of the booking total. For stays during peak season (23 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026) & Carnival season (28 Feb - 4 Mar 2025 & 13- 17 Feb 2026), or reservations booked on the Bed & Breakfast Rate or Half Board Rate, cancellations are non refundable.

These individually-designed, 35sq m suites are decorated with original works from contemporary Chilean artists, and have views of Millahue valley and lake, or the Andes mountains through floor-to-ceiling windows. Each suite has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and a freestanding bath tub that’s big enough for two. There’s also an iPod dock, minibar, free bottled water, Ecolab bath products and air-conditioning. All suites can accommodate a baby cot (free) and wheelchair-accessible suites are available.
