Deposit Policy
Vik Chile requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For stays during high season (3 Jan - 27 Feb 2025, 5 - 31 Mar 2025, 1 Nov - 22 Dec 2025, 3 Jan - 12 Feb 2026, 18 Feb - 31 Mar 2026), 50% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before the check in date.
For stays during mid season (1 Apr - 31 Oct 2025 & 1 Apr - 31 Oct 2026), 50% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before the check in date.
For stays during peak season (23 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026) & Carnival season (28 Feb - 4 Mar 2025 & 13- 17 Feb 2026) and all stays on Bed and Breakfast or Half Board Rates, full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For stays during high season (3 Jan - 27 Feb 2025, 5 - 31 Mar 2025, 1 Nov - 22 Dec 2025, 3 Jan - 12 Feb 2026, 18 Feb - 31 Mar 2026), cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, will be charged 100% of the booking total.
For stays during mid season (1 Apr - 31 Oct 2025 & 1 Apr - 31 Oct 2026), cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, will be charged 100% of the booking total.
For stays during peak season (23 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026) & Carnival season (28 Feb - 4 Mar 2025 & 13- 17 Feb 2026), or reservations booked on the Bed & Breakfast Rate or Half Board Rate, cancellations are non refundable.
