Deposit Policy

Victoria Falls River Lodge requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Full payment is required 30 days prior to the date of arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 72 hours to secure the booking. The hotel will send guests a secure payment link.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made for free up to 60 days before arrival; those made 30 to 59 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay; those made 14 to 29 days before arrival will be charged 75% of the total stay; and those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
