A charge of 50% of the total price (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid the penalty charge of 50% of the full stay, cancellations must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival for reservations from December 24th-January 2nd; 14 days prior to arrival from January 3rd-December 23rd. No-shows early departures and unused nights will be charged 100 per cent of the total stay.
