Deposit Policy

30% (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in low and mid season (May June September October and November) cancellations will not be charged if theyâre made by 3pm (local time) one day before arrival; late cancellations will be charged for 50 per cent of the total stay. For stays in Pool Suites or villas in low and mid season cancellations will not be charged if theyâre made by 3pm (local time) seven days before arrival; late cancellations will be charged for 50 per cent of the total stay. For stays in high season (July and August) cancellations will not be charged if theyâre made by 3pm (local time) three days before arrival; late cancellations will be charged for 50 per cent of the total stay. For stays in Pool Suites or villas in high season cancellations will not be charged if theyâre made by 3pm (local time) 14 days before arrival; late cancellations will be charged for 50 per cent of the total stay.

Classic Suite

Situated in the Landscape Villas, close to the sea, these suites (60sq m) have private entrances and sparkling sea views. Each space has a king-size bed and air-conditioning, a desk, two telephone lines and Internet connection, a beach bag and towels. There’s a well-stocked in-room bar, satellite television and plenty of storage. There are CD and DVD players, and an iPod dock. A baby cot can be added on request. The spacious stone bathroom has a bath tub and a separate shower cubicle. Cots or sofabeds are free for children under three; €50 a night for each child aged four to twelve (includes breakfast); or €80 a night for adults and children over 13 (includes breakfast). All rates are offered on the basis of an extra guest sharing the room with two adults.

Grand Suite

Situated in the Landscape Villas, close to the sea, these 72sq m suites have plenty of space to play in (the Courtyard Villa is a little bit more bijou, with a smaller terrace but a larger interior space). Each suite has a large separate living room, a kitchenette and a bedroom with a king-size bed, seating area and walk-through wardrobe. These suites all have a private internal courtyard with seating, and also a sea-facing terrace with seating areas and a hammock. Each has a king-size bed and air-conditioning, CD and DVD players, an iPod dock, Internet connection, beach bag and towels, a well-stocked in-room bar, satellite television, and plenty of storage. The stone bathroom has a bath tub and a separate shower cubicle.
