Cancellation Policy

If you're staying from 1 April to 31 May and 1 October to 30 November, you can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel between 7 and 1 days before arrival, you'll be charged for one night's stay; after this you'll be charged in full. If you're staying form 1 June to 30 June and 1 September to 30 September, you can cancel up to 14 days before arrival for 1 night's stay; after this, you'll be charged in full. If you're staying from 1 July to 31 August, you can cancel up to 21 days before arrival for one night's stay; after this, you'll be charged in full. If you're staying on the special offers rates with minimum nights stay, you can cancel up to 30 days before arrival for 50% of the stay; after this, you'll be charged in full. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no shows and early departures will be charged in full.
