Deposit Policy

Verdelago Resort requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. The deposit is only due for stays between June and September.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations between March and May, during October and November, you can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged for one night’s stay. For reservations in June and September, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; during July and August, it’s up to 21 days before arrival. After this, you’ll be charged for 50% of the total stay.
