Deposit Policy

Uma Casa requires a deposit of 10% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up until five days before arrival will have the deposit of 10% of the total stay refunded and will not be charged. If you cancel within five days (or in the event of a no-show), the full amount will be charged.
