Deposit Policy

A charge of 2 nights (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 60 days before arrival to avoid a penalty fee. Cancellations made 59 to 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 50 per cent of deposit fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged in full. For festiVe stays (17 December 2022 to 1 January 2023 and 16 December 2023 to 1 January 2024) cancellations made after 1 October 2022/2023 will be charged in full. All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.
