Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 3pm 72 hours before arrival will not incur a cancellation fee; later cancellations will be charged for one night. For stays over the festive period (24th to 26th December 2024), you can cancel for free up to 29 October 2024, cancellations made between 30 October and 26 November 2024, will be charged for 50% of the stay; cancellations made after 26 November 2024 will be charged in full. For stays over the New Year’s period (30 December 2024 to 1 January 2025) you can cancel for free up to 5 November 2024, cancellations made between 6 November and 3 December 2024 will be charged for 50% of the stay; cancellations made after 3 December will be charged in full.

Located in the main house or coach house, these cosy rooms are decorated in soothing, neutral tones, with crisp white linens, bare antique wood floors and bright plush cushions. There’s a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower. The rooms have views over the paddock and Mendip hills. The larder is stocked with snacks, drinks and a Nespresso machine. There’s also free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, DVD player, tea-making facilities and Bramley bath products.

Bare antique floorboards, a neutral colour palette and botanical illustrations on the walls give the rooms rustic-chic flair.
