The hotel's unique history is woven through every aspect of the three Master Suites (511sq ft). Sleep like royalty in the Charles I Suite, where the former monarch himself once slumbered before battle during the English Civil War – heraldry above the fireplace marks his visit. This suite is decorated with original features, antiques – like the grand four-poster bed – and luxury soft fabrics. The beautifully furnished Gordon Russell Suite pays tribute to the visionary Broadway designer; you’ll find his pieces dotted throughout.
