Cancellation Policy

For stays from 1 October to 31 December 2024, 1 January to 31 March 2025 and 1 November to 31 December 2025, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 1 April to 30 April 2025, you can cancel for free up to three days before arrival. Cancellations made within three days and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 1 May to 31 May 2025 and 1 October to 31 October 2025, you can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival. Cancellations made within seven days and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 27 June to 30 September 2024 and 1 June to 30 September 2025, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days and no-shows will be charged in full. For Grand Deluxe Corner Suite Sea View stays and Lustica Bay Penthouse Sea View stays from 1 June to 30 September 2025, you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days and no-shows will be charged in full. For Stay Longer and Save 25% stays and 25% off seven nights or more stays, you can cancel for free up to 90 days before arrival. Cancellations made within ninety days and no-shows will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival otherwise one night will be charged. A charge of one night also applies to no-shows. Please note that different cancellation policies apply to group bookings of five or more rooms.
