Deposit Policy

The Cavendish Hotel at Baslow requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. This 25% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to arrival. Bookings made on the 'Advance Purchase' rate require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before 3pm (local time) more than 48 hours before arrival, you’ll be charged for 25% of the total stay; after this, you’ll be charged in full. Bookings made on the 'Advance Purchase' rates are non refundable.
