Deposit Policy

A charge of 50% of the total price (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up until 30 days before arrival; if cancelling 29 to 14 days before arrival, you’ll get half of your deposit back (25% of the booking). After this, you’ll forfeit your full deposit (50% of the booking). For Tamarind and One Bedroom Suites, you can cancel for free up until 3pm local time, two days before arrival; after this, the full amount will be charged.
