Deposit Policy

A charge of 50% of the total price (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up until 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made seven to 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking, and the full amount will be charged if cancelling seven days before arrival. For stays over Christmas and New Year’s Eve (16 December 2023 to 4 January 2024 and 20 December 2024 to 6 January 2025) the full amount will be charged if cancelled 30 days before arrival.
