Deposit Policy

Sparrows Lodge requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For reservations during Coachella Festival, a 1 night deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations during Coachella Festival, if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, a penalty of 1 night will be charged. If cancelled outside of 30 days prior to arrival, 1 night deposit will be refunded. Cancellation is free of charge at any point including on the day of arrival. Failure to confirm your cancellation will result in a one-night penalty fee.

These 300sq ft, pool-facing rooms have a queen-size bed, private terrace and an ensuite bathroom behind a stone wall with either a rain shower or a steel horse-trough bath tub. There’s no TV or phone, but free WiFi will soothe tech addicts. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are supplied.

Garden Room

These secluded 400sq ft rooms are, predictably, in the garden, with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom behind a stone partition with either a rain shower or a freestanding steel bath tub. The bathrooms in this category are suitable for wheelchair users. Don’t expect much tech, but there will be free WiFi, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a Smeg fridge.

Styled to look like a refined log cabin, these spacious 400sq ft rooms have russet-red wooden walls and beamed ceilings, king-size beds topped with Swiss Army blankets, butterfly chairs and metal lockers for storage. Most have a private patio too. These accessible rooms have a bathroom with a roll-in shower and grab bars, unique artworks, free WiFi, air-conditioning and ceiling fans – and there’s no tech in the room to create a peaceful atmosphere.

The Cabin

This 500sq ft suite is the lodge’s most privacy-afforded option, hidden away in the grounds. There’s a kitchenette with a Smeg fridge, microwave, coffee machine and sink, a separate living and dining area, a patio and a queen-size bed. The open-plan bathroom forms part of the bedroom, with a walk-in rain shower. Other facilities include free WiFi and air-conditioning.
