Deposit Policy

Soneva Jani requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. If you’re staying during high and should season (11 to 30 September 2024, 1 to 18 October 2024, 3 November to 20 December 2024, 12 January to 14 February 2025, 2 March to 4 April 2025, 21 April to 17 October 2025 and 2 November to 20 December 2025), full prepayment is due 30 days before arrival. At all other times, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you’re staying during high and should season (11 to 30 September 2024, 1 to 18 October 2024, 3 November to 20 December 2024, 12 January to 14 February 2025, 2 March to 4 April 2025, 21 April to 17 October 2025 and 2 November to 20 December 2025), you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. At all other times, you can cancel for free up to 90 days before arrival (unless you’re staying in any of the Three Bedroom Villas between 21 December and 11 January, in which case the 25% deposit is non-refundable). Cancellations made within 90 days will be charged in full.

Set by the beachfront, this mod-rustic 1,956sq m hideaway has thatched roofs, elevated walkways and decks, a huge pool (plus a shallow area for kids) and its very own waterslide.
