Cancellation Policy

For stays during the Mobile World Congress 2026 (1 March 2026 to 5 March 2026), cancellations at any time will be charged in full. For stays at all other times, cancellations made after 2pm within one day of arrival will be charged the first night's stay. For stays in Suite Mediterraneo and Grand Suite Mediterraneo between 1 November 2025 to 28 February 2026, you can cancel for free up to 2pm, three days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays in Suite Mediterraneo and Grand Suite Mediterraneo between 6 March and 31 October 2025 and 6 March to 31st October 2026, you can cancel for free up to 2pm, three days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
