Deposit Policy

A charge of 3 nights (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during the Festive season (18 December 2025 to 8 January 2026), cancellations made more than 120 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 120 and 45 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay; those made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 90 and 21 days before arrival will forfeit the 3 night deposit as penalty; those made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
