Deposit Policy

For stays from 1 May to 15 July and 1 September to 21 December full non-refundable payment is due 7 days before arrival. For stays from 8 January to 30 April and 16 July to 31 August full non-refundable payment is due 14 days before arrival. For stays from 22 December to 7 January full non-refundable payment is due 30 days before arrival. All no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 8 January to 30 April 2023, 16 July to 31 August 2023, 8 January to 30 April 2024 and 15 July to 31 August 2024, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 1 May to 15 July 2023, 1 November to 21 December 2023, 1 May to 14 July 2024 and 1 November to 21 December 2024, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 22 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 and 22 December 2024 to 7 January 2025, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
