Deposit Policy
Rosewood Schloss Fuschl requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel.
For all bookings between 1 July and 31 August (Salzburg Festival Season), the full amount is due 28 days before arrival. For chalet and house bookings at all other times, and for room and suite bookings from 24 December to 1 January, the full amount is due 14 days before arrival. For room and suite bookings at all other times, no deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
For all bookings between 1 July and 31 August (Salzburg Festival Season), you can cancel for free up to 28 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For chalet and house bookings at all other times, and for room and suite bookings from 24 December to 1 January, you can cancel for free up to 14 days ahead of your arrival date; those made later will be charged in full. For room and suite bookings at all other times, you can cancel for free up until 3pm (local time), the day before your arrival date; for cancellations after this time, you’ll be charged for one night’s stay, plus tax.
