Deposit Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. For stays between 23 December 2023 and 3 January 2024, a 50 per cent non-refunable deposit it taken upon booking. For advance purchase and ‘stay 3 pay 2’ stays between 4 January 2023 to 22 December 2023, and for net rate stays, full payment is due upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 1 September 2022 to 22 December 2022 and 4 January 2023 to 22 December 2023, cancellations made later than 6pm local time 24 hours before arrival will be charged in full, plus tax. For stays between 23 December 2022 and 3 January 2023, cancellations made later than 6pm local time 30 days before arrival will be charged in full, plus tax. For stays between 23 December 2023 and 3 January 2024, cancellations made later than 6pm local time 60 days before arrival will be charged in full, plus tax. For advance purchase and ‘stay 3 pay 2’ stays between 1 September 2022 to 22 December 2022, cancellations made later than 6pm local time seven days before arrival will be charged in full, plus tax; bookings on these rates between 4 January 2023 and 22 December 2023 are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Net rate stays are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, regardless of season.

Every one was designed by Bill Bensley, who pays homage to people that shaped Luang Prabang – Hmong hill tribes, French colonial explorers and worldly traders, among others. Each room has twin beds with Frette linens, a sofa, a wooden writing desk and an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, a freestanding bath tub and a walk-in rainfall shower.
