If you’re staying between 1 May to 30 September 2025, 1 May to 30 September 2026 or 1 May to 30 September 2027, you can cancel for free up to 31 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. If you’re staying between 1 October to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 31 March 2026, 1 to 30 April 2026, 1 October to 19 December 2026, 11 January to 31 March 2027, 1 to 30 April 2027 or 1 October to 19 December 2027, you can cancel for free until 5pm (local time), 90 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. All stays between 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 or 20 December 2027 to 10 January 2028 are non-refundable and cancellations will be charged in full at all times.
